About Us!
Writing Workshop is a club run by high school students from Walter Payton College Prep, offering free writing help for elementary through high school level students. Whether it’s homework or creative writing, we’ve got you covered!
We also help students find and apply to creative writing summer programs, reviewing applications and matching you with the right opportunities. Through exposure to creative writing, we want to help students see writing as a form of art, not just a grade to earn.
Writing Workshop is proud to say that so far, we’ve accumulated over 250 hours of tutoring and service!
